Mommy Calling Cards are Here! {Pleasanton Baby Photographer} Boutique Items

When I found these, I jumped for joy!  I had been looking for ways to fill a need that my clients had.   Many of my clients are stay-at-home moms.   Which we all know is the most difficult job of all!   They spend their days shuttling their kids from one soccer game to another; from one playdate to another; from mommy-and-me class to to doctors appointments.   In the process, they run into other moms just like themselves.   Often, they chat a bit, and want to exhange phone numbers.   But in most cases, with a baby on one hip and no time to enter info into their cell phones, it’s so hard to do that.    I know moms who resort to writing down phone numbers on napkins and other things and shoving them in their purses, but later can’t find them.    So, I was determined to come up with a chic solution to this problem.   And that solution is “mommy calling cards”.

Now, chances are, if you work outside the home or your husband does, you or he have business cards.   So when someone asks for your contact info you simply whip out a card and hand it to them.   Easy-peasy!    Why don’t moms have that option?   Well because I haven’t seen anyone create anything nice enough, anything chic enough for moms to hand out, so I personally have stayed away from offering it… until now.    And boy did I find a goody for you!   These cards are not only functional but they are beautiful ways to show off the best images from your session with me.    The cards themselves look like mini bookmarks.   They are about 3/4 of the size of a business card but look soooo much nicer.    I searched high and low for the best vendor.   I handled many cards from different vendors until I was satisfied with the card stock and I knew you would be too.

I currently have about 6 or 7 different templates for these cards, meaning we can customize the card to suit your needs.   The sample shown below is actually what I am currently using for my business card (I only took the picture from the front, the back just shows my contact info).   I loved it so much, I decided to make these my official business card with my own daughter’s image on the front.    Since they are so customizable, you can have one image on front and alot of your contact info on back; or you may have an image on the front AND back, with limited contact info on each side (there is enough space for a phone number and email address on the front and back).    The cards come in either a pearl finish or a lustre finish depending on which you prefer (the pearl is more muted looking).

So when you meet up with another mom and want to exchange contact info, simply whip out one of your contact cards and hand it to her.   I guarantee her jaw will drop after seeing your beautiful photo (which by the way, could be a family photo, or a couples shot, it does not have to be of your child – it just has to be from our session as this item is an add-on offered to my clients) and you will enjoy not having to write down your info everyone you meet.    If you elect to have just one photo on the front, that will leave more room on the back for extra information such as your Facebook or Myspace page, your work phone number, or perhaps your favorite quote.   It’s your card, you can put whatever you want on it!

These mommy calling cards come with a tin for easy storage – just put your cards in the tin, put the tin in your purse, and you will know where they are at all times.   They also come with a pretty jeweled magnet that I like to use to put one card on my refrigerator.   But you can use it any way you want.   I currently have the magnets in a variety of colors and will allow you to choose your color from what I have in stock at the time.   For each set of 25 you order, you receive an extra tin and jeweled magnet.   Also, if you order more than 25 cards, the pricing goes down.   The minimum order is  25 for $40 which again includes the perfectly sized storage tin and jeweled magnet.   Trust me, you will adore these cards!   If I didn’t love them so much, I would not be using them as my own business cards.    Pictured below are two examples but again, I have many templates and you can use both front and back (which can have different designs!).

Note:  These are also offered to my Seniors as an add-on product, they make great cards for Seniors to give out to friends right before graduation, it has all your contact info so that friends don’t lose track of you after graduation.
